Frequently asked questions
How long does the whole process take?
Most clients complete the full process within 3 to 5 weeks. Your kit arrives in week one, collection takes between one and three weeks depending on the panel, the lab needs 5 to 10 business days, and your consultation is booked within a week of results.
Is a blood draw involved?
No. All LivBTR panels use non-invasive saliva collection you do at home.
What do I get afterwards?
A 30 minute consultation with a Holistic Health Practitioner, then a written follow-up guide by email covering key findings, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and suggested next steps. A second follow-up call happens about three weeks later.
Is this a medical test?
No. These are functional wellness assessments for education and lifestyle planning. They do not diagnose disease and do not replace care from a licensed medical practitioner. Where medical evaluation is appropriate, we encourage you to see your provider.
What if a sample is unusable?
It happens occasionally. A replacement kit can be sent for a $20 shipping fee plus applicable taxes. Following the timing and freezing instructions carefully is the best way to avoid it.
