What to expect, start to finish
From purchase to consultation, most clients complete the process within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the panel. Every step is set out below, in order.

Contents vary slightly by panel. Instructions also arrive by email, so check your junk folder if you do not see them.
Worth knowing before you order
- Some panels need up to 11 saliva samples collected over a set period, not a single sample.
- Samples must be kept frozen once collected, and shipped with the provided freezer pack. Dried urine strips are the exception and travel at room temperature.
- The Metabolic Health Assessment is not a home kit. You receive a requisition and attend a collection site fasted, then rejoin the same review process.
- Return shipping to the lab is your responsibility, and the cost varies by location.
- If a sample arrives unusable, a replacement kit can be sent for a $20 shipping fee plus applicable taxes.
None of this is difficult, but it is easier to plan for if you know before the kit arrives.
Questions about the process
How do I collect my samples?
It depends on the panel. Most use saliva, the DUTCH uses dried urine on filter paper, and the Gut Health Panel uses a single stool sample. All of those are collected at home. Some need several samples in one day, cycle-based hormone panels need samples across your cycle, and others need one collection window. The Metabolic Health Assessment is the only panel needing a blood draw, done at a collection site with a requisition we provide. Your kit or requisition tells you exactly what applies and when.
What happens once my results are in?
You are contacted to book a 30 minute consultation with the Holistic Health Practitioner. It covers your findings in detail, connects them to your symptoms and history, identifies patterns, and outlines next steps.
Will I get something in writing?
Yes. After your consultation you receive a personalized follow-up guide by email covering key findings in plain language, nutrition recommendations, lifestyle and stress strategies, supplement guidance where appropriate, and suggested next steps.
What if I have questions during the process?
Ask them. If anything is unclear during collection, shipping, or while you are waiting, get in touch.
What if I need more support afterwards?
Testing is one piece. Depending on results you may continue with ongoing practitioner support, targeted protocols, follow-up testing, or Transform 360. You are not committed to any of it.
