Educational purpose
Information provided through LivBTR Wellness Solutions, including quizzes, discovery calls, articles, and consultations with our wellness practitioners, is provided for educational and wellness support purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not establish a healthcare provider and patient relationship.
Who makes medical decisions
Medical assessment, diagnosis, laboratory testing, and prescribing decisions are made independently by licensed physicians or nurse practitioners at Border Medical. LivBTR does not make prescribing decisions and does not influence them.
Pharmacists at Border Pharmacy provide medication counselling and medication management within their scope of practice.
Diagnostic testing
Diagnostic testing offered through LivBTR is provided for educational and wellness support purposes only. These tests are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and do not replace care from a licensed medical practitioner.
Results are interpreted within an integrative wellness framework and may inform guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, movement, stress management, and non-prescription supplementation. Where medical evaluation or treatment is appropriate, clients are encouraged to consult their primary care provider.
No guarantee of eligibility
Completing a quiz or assessment does not guarantee eligibility for any prescription treatment. Eligibility and recommendations are based on individual health circumstances, goals, medical history, and clinical assessment.
Provincial variation
Testing availability, interpretation, and scope may vary based on provincial regulations. Some services described on this site may not be available in every province. Participation is voluntary and based on informed consent.
In an emergency
Nothing on this site is intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or attend your nearest emergency department.
