Sexual health
A privateconversation,and a real answer.
Erectile dysfunction and low libido are common, treatable, and often the first sign of something else worth looking at. The assessment is confidential and takes a few minutes.
What men describe
Reasons men start this assessment.
Erectile dysfunction can be an early sign of cardiovascular or metabolic conditions, and it can also be caused by medications, stress or sleep. That is why the assessment covers your general health rather than the symptom alone.

Frequently asked questions
Sexual health questions
How private is this?
Your responses are stored under Canadian privacy law and are seen only by the clinicians and pharmacists involved in your care. Anything dispensed ships in discreet packaging.
Do I have to speak to someone?
The assessment is written and you complete it on your own. A licensed provider reviews it and may follow up with a virtual appointment if they need more detail.
Will I be prescribed something?
Only if a licensed provider determines it is appropriate and safe given your health history and current medications. Some men are advised to address another cause first.
Can this be a sign of something else?
It can. Erectile dysfunction is associated with cardiovascular and metabolic conditions, and it can be a side effect of medication. That is part of what the assessment is looking for.
Does this connect to hormone health?
Sometimes. Low libido in particular can relate to testosterone, sleep or stress. If your responses point that way, your provider may suggest a hormone assessment as the more useful next step.
How long does it take?
The questionnaire takes a few minutes. Review times depend on provider availability and you will be told what to expect once it is submitted.

It takes a few minutes, it costs nothing, and it is the step that tells you whether this is the right pathway for you.
