I agree that LivBTR may store my answers to recommend a next step and to contact me about it. My answers are encrypted and are read only by the LivBTR care team. If I decide to go ahead with a medical assessment, I agree that LivBTR may pass my answers to Border Medical, a separate company whose licensed physicians and nurse practitioners would carry it out. Their copy becomes part of the medical record they keep for me and stays under their retention rules, so it is not removed if I later ask LivBTR to delete my information. This quiz is educational.
